Pop Up Pool From Miami
What: The generous Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, will be sending NYC a summer gift. At the end of July, Union Square will be the host to a Miami-branded pop-up pool, in an attempt to promote tourism in Miami. According to
Gothamist the pool will be complete with a,
"sexy, chic pool deck with bikini clad models, palm trees, cabanas, DJs spinning, and 6 hours of fun"
Unfortunately, this is a media-invite only event and is not open to the public. But if it's any consolation, not even the invitees will be allowed to swim in the pool due to sanitary reasons. However, consumers will be allowed on the deck as pictured on the bottom left of the picture.
