A Dog Museum Is Opening This Weekend In NYC

If you can't tell, we are a little obsessed with taking our four legged best friends to coffee dates or dreaming about an island filled with them. Well, we have even more good news for those fur-parents who share our sentiments.

Unleashing this weekend (pun intended) is the first ever pop-up art show for your dog. dOGUMENTA is a unique exhibit that will feature artwork that plays to your dog's senses. From sounds and sculptures to kibble and squeaky toys, the exhibit will surely entertain your canine after a ruff week. Tickets are free but if you RSVP to this paw-some event you are guaranteed entry.

If you happen not to have a pup to enjoy the art show with, Bideawee will bring adoptable culture hounds to dOGUMENTA on Saturday August 12 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. So this could be your perfect opportunity to meet a new gallery buddy and give a pup a forever home.

Where: Brookfield Place Waterfront Plaza, 230 Vesey Street

    Dates: August 11-13, 8:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m
