Looking a bit like a theater without a stage or screen, the High Line's steps offer an overhead look up 10th Avenue. After stepping onto the High Line, passerby can make their way down these wooden steps to catch some sun, watch the sunset or simply sit. Not only are the views of the surrounding buildings fantastic, but the High Line's sanded surfaces and lush green surroundings are also about idyllic as NYC gets.
