Ford Foundation Atrium
Completed in 1967, the Ford Foundation Atrium was built by architects Kevin Roche and John Dinkeloo. This lush garden is tucked away in Midtown East and surrounded by glass walls that actually create a sustainable environment for the garden. Though it's a privately owned space, visitors can walk through the atrium from 10 am to 4 pm.
