And just like that, the temperature drops, the leaves fall, and your tan fades. Autumn is a most wonderful time to be in New York - coincidentally just like winter, spring and summer if you catch our drift. But still, there's just something about the start of sweater weather that's uniquely exciting.
So, what exactly should you be looking to do this fall? Kit Keenan, the co-host of Ageless Podcast (a brilliant show she created with her mom Cynthia Rowley) and all around Professional New York Cool Girl, has her list of cozy activities all set. And you're going to want to take notes.
Check out the five things Kit's most excited for this fall!
1. Staycation Season
I really want to do a staycation in the New York area, like at the Williamsburg Hotel - I have heard their views are unreal.
2. Central Park Picnics
There are such cute places to set up near 79th Street and the Belvedere Castle!
3. Union Square Farmer's Market
I love supporting farmers in the New York area and getting my hands on some epic organic produce!
4. Pumpkin Picking & Corn Mazes
I have been visiting Hanks PumpkinTown and Farmstand in Water Mill since I was little. Their Apple Cider is major!
5. Al Fresco Laughs
I really want to explore the outdoor comedy club scene. I have heard that The Tiny Cupboard in Brooklyn hosts comedy shows every Friday at 7 pm. These events are socially distanced and masks are required at entry!
