Brooklyn's industrial area has seen quite an update in recent years. The waterfront community is located Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, which is where it gets its name, bordering Brooklyn Heights and Vinegar Hill. High-rise buildings boast condos with multimillion dollar views, but cool converted spaces are full of artsy lofts. With newly opened co-working spaces and office buildings, it's full of young creatives.
