Combatting the hypersexualized messaging of brands like Victoria's Secret, Parade is a disruptor in the underwear market, catering to Gen Z. Chances are you've seen the colorful, inclusive brand and its products (which are made of 85% recycled plastic) on Instagram, and it's all thanks to cofounder and CEO Cami Téllez, who launched the brand when she was just 21. Earlier this year she dropped out of Columbia University to focus on Parade full time, and now it's on track to generate $10 million in revenue this year alone. Counted among her investors? Shakira and Karlie Kloss.
