In addition to creating and starring in the Hulu hit Ramy (for which he won a Golden Globe for Best Actor), this Queens-born, first-generation New Yorker pays homage to his Egyptian roots with his production company, Cairo Cowboy. The actor, comedian, writer, and producer is currently developing more series that spotlight underrepresented groups.
