What made you decide to start the account, and why specifically restaurants?
I started my Instagram page as a side project to showcase my art. It really picked up during quarantine when I began illustrating the places I missed going to in NYC. I feel like life in the city revolves around where you’re going for brunch, happy hour, dinner, or a late-night slice of pizza. I also wanted to help show support for the places we all love.
