Tourists, tourists, galore. The High Line has become downtown's Time Square. It's a nice way to get your FitBit steps in and spend some time outside, but the people watching is where it's at. From selfie sticks to slow walking, you'll see all this and more. Though be warned: you'll probably have to give out tons of directions.
