MOFAD (Museum of Food and Drink)
At the MOFAD lab you can taste test your way to a more cultured understanding of the food you eat, because MOFAD believes that informed eaters are better eaters. Check out the "Flavor: Making it and Faking it" exhibit, which provides and glimpse inside the world of manufactured flavor, or "BOOM!" an exhibit displaying the 3,200 pound puffing gun that turned cereal from a health food to the staple breakfast of the nuclear family.
