This cocktail bar under Chelsea Market serves famously (read: notoriously) strong yet tasty drinks you’ll want to have more than a few of. Grab your gals, look for the telltale “Open” neon sign that marks its entrance, and descend into the underground ornate hall. After a few of their drinks, you’ll be glad you’re with a crew you can hang with in such a state.
