Duke of Telephone Poles
Jim Powers may as well have been dubbed Duke of Telephone Poles in 2004 by Mayor Bloomberg, when he showed support for the "mosaic man." Although his art technically defaces public property, these crimes were excused in the name of beautifying our city. Will and Kate will most likely be purchasing a few poles as a present for the Queen.
