Resource Magazine may have celebrated its Winter Issue at Tribeca Skyline Studios last Friday, but they weren't the only ones with cause for elation. The venue itself got in on the action when it commemorated its one year anniversary of providing gorgeous apartments with equally gorgeous views.

You know, the place you can live with some of the prettiest views of the river (that some people apparently think is ugly) and lower Manhattan? So yeah, things got visual.
