The Guest Of A Guest Holiday Party 2009 At Rose Bar

With the streets freshly swept following NYC's weekend storm, we were thrilled to have friends join us for the annual GofG holiday party at Rose Bar. With the incomparable Nur Khan in charge, we made sure our mistletoe station was set, gift bags were at the ready, tunes were in queue and the Svedka vodka, 1947 lager and Hob Nob wines were flowing so that we could toast both the holidays and the close to an incredible 2009.

Thank you to everyone that joined us, and get ready for an ever better 2010. Guest of a Guest has a lot up its sleeve, and we promise you many exciting developments lie ahead.

It was so nice to see Tyler and Howard Winklevoss, Lockhart Steele, Steve Lewis, Steven Kamali, Silas Anthony, Tim Morehouse, Keith Lissner, Robert Fowler, Anisha Lakhani, Ricky Van Veen, Adrien Field, Ariel Moses, Danielle Snyder, Stephanie Wei, Danny Shea, Ben Leventhal, Zev Eisenberg, Paul Johnson Calderon, Ashley Simko, Annabel Vartanian, Matt Kliegman, Carlos Quirarte, DJ Francesco Civetta, Cristina Civetta and many, many more of our favorite fellow urbanites.

Some out-of-the-office time with the full team was also very welcome, as GofG past and present gathered to toast one another's hard work and support: Rachelle Hruska, Cameron Winklevoss (he rowed to the party), Stanley Stuyvesant (who still hasn't come home), Chiara Atik, James Brooks, Sarah Kunst, Sarah Mandato, Billy Grey, JT White, Dylan Armajani, Emily Hollander, Mathias Rosenzweig and Adam Schneider. We should do this more often.

Special thanks to Svedka Vodka, who generously provided liquor (what is prepping for holiday feasts without the low cal vodka soda), DJ Suhel who brought along both beats and our old friend 1947 Lager and Hob Nob Wines for the Shiraz and Chardonnay. The hints of cherry and dark chocolate, and crisp white really quenched our cocktail thirst.

Also, we loved sending people home with goodies from Elizabeth Grant (special thanks to Ashley), Bustelo, Urban Stag, Pop Chips, MixMyGranola, Eat Whatever (we were make out ready, all night) and Hope Charity.
