The Waldorf Gives The Jet Set 21 Destinations To Discover

Harvey Weinstein may have sold his shares in the social networking site ASMALLWORLD, but the members-only community is still alive and kicking, and can still throw a damn good party.  All sorts of beautiful and sophisticated people showed up at Waldorf Astoria Towers last night to attend a cocktail party exclusively for ASW members. To celebrate the Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts 21 landmark hotels around the world, guests were treated to a sampling of tasty eats from Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the U.S., as well as a charming variety of cocktails, including our favorite, the ménage a trios.

ASMALLWORLD’s new Chairman, 25 year-old Swiss mogul Patrick Liotard-Vogt, joined Hilton’s Global Head of Luxury and Lifestyle Brands, John Vanderslice, in welcoming the cream of the ASW crop. We spotted FOX News Anchor Kimberly Guilfoyle Villency and ex-husband, Eric Villency amongst other PYT’s sipping pisco sours, including Ruffian designers Brian Wolk and Claude Maurais, interior designer du jour Nina Freudenberger, fashion glam girls Lauren Goodman, Frances Tulk-Hart and Antonia Thompson, Serena Nikkhah, Eugenia Gonzalez and Jennifer Pastore, actress Tarajia Morrell, artist Costanza Theodoli-Braschi, creative consultant Sabine Heller, PR powerhouse Bettina Prentice and writer Anisha Lakhani. A sparkly smattering of and reality TV stars also posed for our new favorite PMC photog, Amber de Vos, who snapped Annabel Vartanian, Nevan Donahue, Kristian LaLiberte, Annie Churchill, Dalia Oberlander, Chessy Wilson and Lara Meiland-Shaw looking glam and gorgeous.

The best part of the evening? The gift bag to end all gift bags. All the lucky guests were treated to a gift certificate for a two-night stay at a Waldorf Astoria Resort or Hotel in Florida. Since the newest Waldorf Astoria Hotel just opened in Orlando, we expect to see the majority of last evening’s attendees donning Goofy hats at Disneyworld. At least that’s where we will be staying on our trip. Cheers to that!
