Other details: Last night, a Summer Soirée took place at the newly opened flagship gallery of British artist Damien Hirst. The gallery, Other Criteria, is an arts-based publishing company co-founded by Hirst. The soirée displayed an array of Hirst's work, including sculpture and three-dimensional skulls, like a framed image of the artist's "For the Love of God" diamonds skull. Guests enjoyed glasses of Prosecco as they mingled and learned about the various pieces. Attendees also browsed the various items for sale, like tees with Hirst graphics printed on them, an array of books, and jewelry. The event was hosted by Other Criteria, The Contemporararies (a nonprofit foundation catered to art collectors and supporters in NYC), and featured gift bags by Glossybox.
