The 87-year-old actor joined co-star Robert De Niro and director Martin Scorsese after the screening, and sat down with screenwriter Ted Griffin for a discussion about the classic film.
"I haven't seen 'The King of Comedy,' I don't think, for at least 25 years," De Niro said before the screening. "I'm very curious to see it. If I'm not too embarrassed, I'll stay here after."
