Other details: Last night, guests made their way to Stage 48 on the west side for the annual From Scotland With Love fashion show. The event was started about ten years ago by Sir Sean Connery and Dr. Geoffrey Carol. From its very humble beginnings it is now one of the top three fashion shows in the world in terms of press & media coverage and is easily the biggest and most prestigious Scottish fashion event in the world. The theme of this year's event was "Scottish Lion meets Asian Dragon" and featured Asian models as well. The night raised funds for the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization that helps thousands of wounded veterans returning home from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
