Ryan Phillipe showed his new flick, the Kings of Leon partied at Marquee, Maggie Betts and Christy Turlington chatted it up at Kenmare, and Michael Stipe saw a film that includes cigarette smoke and vodka baths. Other Details: Maggie Betts new documentary focuses on HIV and AIDS in Africa. Famous friends came out to show support and eat lamb shank, salmon, seas scallops and a variety of other mouth watering bites. Ryan told Hollywood Life last night, "Its really unbelievable. I think it just shows you the risk and chances these people take to tell the stories that need to be told. There are so many other people that are losing their lives in Libya and you can’t weigh one against the other and say this is more important. I think it happens to journalists, renowned journalists, but every day civilians are dying in Libya. The whole thing is a mess.” [Via]

Other Details:According to Vanity Fair: "The film follows Alice (Antonia Campbell-Hughes), a young model-turning-actress, and her friend Felix as they stumble through a youthful haze of cigarettes, vodka baths, and late-night revelry to the point where the fabulous really starts to wear you down." Other Details: Weird. Lagerfeld was in town to screen the three short films starring Rachel Bilson and Baptiste Giabiconi for the launch of Magnum Ice Cream. Ice cream and fashion types!?!?!
