We really can't help but revel whenever Tiffany Trump, the least-worst member of her family, takes low-key jabs at her father's administration. The 26-year-old First Daughter, who has been known to celebrate Pride alongside her LGBTQ+ friends, grew up in what one would call the "liberal elite" circles of NYC and has occasionally shown her support for such views on social media. Back in 2018, for example, she "liked" a friend's photo at the March For Our Lives protest against gun violence.
Today, she was slightly more outspoken. Slightly, of course, being the key word here, but still. In honor of the widespread social media movement, #BlackoutTuesday (which, though well-intentioned as a way to amplify Black voices and information, ended up just flooding everyone's feeds with black squares), Tiffany took to the 'gram to post her own black square. She, uh, quoted Helen Keller in the caption for some reason, and used the hashtags #blackouttuesday and #justiceforgeorgefloyd.
Now she should try talking to her dad about systemic racism over the dinner table, but hey, it's a start.
