Located under the legendary Kaufman-Astoria Studios, this former cafeteria for Paramount's most brightest stars is bringing out the Manhattanites in droves.
With it's old New York feel and Jazz-Age decor, this supper club is the perfect place to grab some Rockefeller oysters and sip a "Side Car Named Desire", a concoction of Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Cointreau, lemon & lime juices and simple syrup.
Plus, every Friday night between 9-11pm, the Beaver plays host to the New York Songwriter's Circle, a showcase of fresh talent in singing and songwriting.
