Watch this space. While it's not open yet, abcV (from the abc kitchen family) will be Jean-Georges Vongerichten's first meatless restaurant, a surefire haven for all high-brow vegetarians out there. Apparently one of the chef's favorite dishes on the breakfast menu, a lentil-and-rice concoction called kitchari, came straight from the home of Deepak Chopra. Sounds transcendent.
