The Pink Pony

The Pink Pony
The vibes felt when first entering into this LES staple hang out, are not to be expected with a name like the Pink Pony. This super downtown cool spot makes it feel like 1950's Paris in the wintertime. It's cozy atmosphere is made possible by the vintage jukebox, old photos hanging on the walls, and the bookcase filled with classics in the back room. And one of the best parts about the Pink Pony, aside from the small yet eclectic menu, is the projector and screen set up to play old films without sound (wouldn't want to take away from the amazing music playing throughout). So why call it the Pink Pony? It must be the fresh pink roses at each table, the seared tuna appetizer, Tuna Nicoise Salad, and the essential pink rosé that make it so pink.
