And speaking of pigs, Fatty 'Cue, the beloved, Brooklyn-based barbecue joint, opened their first Manhattan location last year to enthusiastic reception. This is barbecue with an Asian-inspired twist, influenced by culinary director Zak Polaccio's formative eating years in Malaysia. Heritage pork ribs and the 'Cue Coriander Bacon are always favorites, as are the famed late night sandwiches, which unfortunately, are still only available in Brooklyn. Naturally, prices, portions, and menu also vary between the two 'Cues.
