Open until 3:00 a.m., Belgian restaurant Pommes Frites (translation: "french fries") has become a late night staple for New York's tipsy, both Belgophile and otherwise. The fries are delicious, of course, but Pommes Frites also offers 27 different dipping sauces, ranging from sweet, to spicy, to sour, which cater to every flavor. Who needs a burger, when the fries are this good?
