What: Despite his accolades and fame as a television chef, Bobby Flay opened Gato as a proclamation that the elevated New York dining that brought him his success still burns bright within. It's his first new restaurant in NYC in 9 years, and it opened with a bang. Meditteranean influenced dishes like the Eleven Layer Potato, Kale & Wild Mushroom Paella, and Fettucini with Mussels & Spanish Red Prawns have enamored diners and have brought the chef back to the NYC spotlight.
