What: Navy is the newest venture from restaurateurs Matt Abramcyk and Akiva Elstein. The duo are behind popular downtown spots like Employees Only, MaisonO, Smith & Mills, and Tiny's, and their knack for charming design is immediately apparent. Nods to the Navy such as walls lined with military canvas are present throughout the small, 40-seat space, but look more refined than rugged. Naturally, seafood is the focus here, but it will also be open for breakfast with a coffee station that turns into a raw bar by night.
