Rao's (1896)
Rao's is an interesting establishment in New York. One of those restaurants that's kind of been around forever but you can never actually eat there. Most of the tables are "owned" by regulars or what we would call members. The other tables are fully booked usually a year in advance. Rao's preserves the old Italian Harlem charm as well as authentic ambiance.
