This ultra hip, Downtown restaurant has a hunter-gatherer theme that breaks down the menu into categories including Soil, Sea, and Land. While it has a clubby, lounge atmosphere at night, the brunch scene is far more laid back. The food, however, sticks with the lovacore, paleo-esque theme with items such as beef tartare and rye bread benedict. If you are in search of a real sweet treat, check out the alcohol infused options including bourbon hot chocolate and beer and bread porridge with caramel ice cream.
