This brand new brasserie took over the spot occupied by the late Lyon and revamped the cavernous space into a swanky, yet not overly fussy, West Village destination. While brunch offerings debuted less than one month ago, the menu is a promising combination of tried and true favorites. There are six special morning cocktails with quirky names like Breakfast of Champions and Stairway to Heaven for those in need of a change from the traditional Bloody Mary and mimosas.
