Princess Alexandra Of Hanover, 18
The only child of Princess Caroline and her second husband, Prince Ernst August of Hanover, is the heir to the now defunct kingdom of Hanover, but hey, it's still a good title. She's a competitive figure skater who can often be seen out and about at social functions and front row at fashion shows across Europe. At least she likes to have some fun.
