Since its opening this year, The Ribbon has become our new Upper West Side staple. But then again, being a part of the Blue Ribbon dynasty of delicious, how could it not be? This year they’ll be breaking in their first holiday with an a la carte Thanksgiving menu that will have you over-ordering your face off, sliding straight off of their booths falling asleep. From Pumpkin Soup with balsamic reduction and and toasted pumpkin seeds, to BBQ Ribs with corn bread pudding, to Spit Roasted Turkey and Prime Rib, what we most can’t stop thinking about is their Green Bean Casserole and Mushroom Stuffing sides. Just make sure not to be an amateur and leave room for Pumpkin Cake.
