Claudette
Whether you’re an NYU kid who couldn’t make it home, a Greenwich Village local who may have a brownstone with an impossibly well-designed kitchen, but wouldn't cook to save your life, or you’re just a person with a penchant for exclusively dining in beautiful places, we give you, Claudette. This Provencal dream of a restaurant just a block north of Washington Square Park couldn’t be a lovelier holiday scene. Settle in for four course meal heavy on the chic. Perhaps start with a peck of Olive Cornbread, and a spread of Hudson Valley Foie Gras, before moving on to the big event - the slow roasted turkey breast, dark meat roulade, cornbread stuffing, sweet potato mousseline & cranberries, and, as if the plate could handle anything more, a healthy dose of gravy. Finish things off with a Honeycrisp Tarte Tatin, complete with black cardamom yoghurt bavaroise, candied pecans, and a scoop of maple ice cream - et voila.
