How Stressed You Are

Mindy Kaling said it best when she talked about how pointless talking about stress is: "No one ever wants to hear about how stressed anyone else is, because most of the time everyone else is stressed out. Going on and on in detail about how stressed I am isn't conversation. No one is ever going to say, 'Wow, you really have it especially bad. I've heard some stories of stress, but this just takes the cake.'" Complaining isn't a form of conversation at all as it's essentially talking at the person. If you're stressed and get the opportunity to be out and about, take this as an opportunity to forget about how stressful things are and enjoy yourself!
