Phase Out Gracefully
When you do decide that it is best to go your separate ways, then do so gracefully. Do not leave a friendship breakup by posting about it on social media or spreading rumors about this newly ex-friend. Let the friendship fizzle out while respecting the other person and yourself. It doesn't reflect well on you if you leave a mess in your friendship graveyard. Leave a flower on your ex-friend's grave and go with grace, after all cemeteries are peaceful places.
