Go to the gym when you feel like it
You make the same gym-going resolution every year. Blah blah blah, quit kidding yourself! Yes, it's nice to work out, but stick to your guns. Go when you have the time and when you're actively motivated. Stick in some mini workouts at home before committing to a membership or an expensive class. YouTube is a great source to find great workouts, like Blogilates, for free and in the comfort of your own room.
