Everyone's crazy about Blue Bottle, the Williamsburg cult coffee shop that only recently opened a Rockefeller Center location. Their iced coffee is created by Japanese contraptions, whose slow-drip process can take up to three to four minutes per cup. The taste, however, is well-worth the wait.
