Health: Nike Training App
Attempting to work out at home can be challenging if you're someone who needs a little bit of encouragement. The Nike Training App will make you feel like you have a personal trainer right in your own home. It has specific workouts for you to try if you want to get toned, get lean, get strong, or get focused. You can also choose to target specific areas of your body and the best part - you can either choose a 15 minute workout (mine please!) or 45 minutes.
