Sman Cruisers: Wooden Bike

Sman Cruisers: Wooden Bike
The brilliance behind the Sman wooden cruisers is carpentry enthusiast Arnolt Van Der Sman. These bikes were the result of Sman's passion for woodworking and as such, are made almost completely out of wood. The frame is made from the strong, yet pliable, ash wood which, is usually found in baseball bats, and hurley sticks. The details of the bike are made from beech wood. The wood has 12 layers of lacquer to endure all elements... besides fire. With a retro design, and a relatively smooth ride these bikes would be the perfect addition to any house in The Hamptons.
