Looking to have a delightfully chic summer, even if you're stuck in the city? First of all, grab yourself a case of glass bottle Pellegrino to get yourself in the mood (procuring the glass bottle variety is very important to receive the desired effect). Second, start living up to your fancy person potential and arrange yourself a work of floral art!
In an effort to spread some flower power nationwide, Brooklyn-based floral design favorite Tin Can Studios has launched the Bloom Box!
Place your order online, and on the specified date you'll receive what will be the most exciting package of quarantine, I assure you - a box full of beautiful flower bunches, along with a list of tips and step-by-step tutorials for prepping your stems (cutting flowers has never seemed so easy!) and styling your arrangement. Floral color palettes will vary from week to week as seasonal varieties change, but you can expect around 70 stems in total to work with. And if you're in need of some extra hand holding, just follow along with their live online workshop to make the process even easier!
The next Bloom Box delivery date is scheduled for June 18th (orders must be placed by June 13th), and will be a Swedish Midsummer Special! Short of it being a fabulously fun time for you, Tin Can Studios is also donating flower arrangements to people working on the frontlines, such as nurses, doctors, firefighters, delivery guys, and more, not to mention that 20% of each Bloom Box's proceeds will go to an amazing charity, such as World Childhood Foundation.
So really, how could you not get on this DIY flower train?
