Why We Love It: This next cocktail is probably the most common on bar menus throughout the city, so narrowing it down was tough. But after sipping our way through many a margarita (tough job, we know), we decided that the rita at Southwestern-style bar/restaurant Cowgirl takes the cake. These magical margars are made with 100%-agave-made Hornitos silver label tequila. They’re potent, served is 16 oz. mason jars lined in coarse Kosher salt, and come in seven delicious flavors like prickly pear, Cherokee cherry, and Pecos peach. If you really want to knock yourself out, add a floater for $2. Their BBQ chicken wings or (ok, and) nachos are a great way to top off your night.
