Beer, Meat and Cheese Pairing
To expand your food palette, try pairing three things at once: beers, meat and cheese. You can get even more creative by sticking to foods from specific regions. Or, sticking to local produce could be fun, too. Here are some basic pairing suggestions to get you started: a pilsner goes with Asiago and prosciutto; and an IPA goes well with Brie and a mild sopressata.
