Naj Austin, Founder of Ethel's Club & Somewhere Good
A true innovator when it comes to reshaping cultural and social landscapes, Naj Austin made major waves when she launched Ethel's Club, a workspace and social hub centering and celebrating people of color. While its physical outpost sadly shuttered due to COVID, the much-needed membership club has gone digital, with community-based programming spanning everything from wellness to writing to arts and culture.
Naj's latest venture in the works, Somewhere Good, is set to be an inclusive social platform and digital playground designed to connect and provide ideas, opportunities, and inspiration for people of color and those who don't identify with the white, cis, and heteronormative experience.
