Jennifer Tsay, Founder of Shoott
Thanks to actor-slash-CEO Jennifer Tsay, you no longer need to beg your friends (or find an Instagram Husband) to take a fire #OOTD. The cool girl is the co-founder of Shoott, a female-run company whose concept is genius in the age of the 'gram: professional photographers for accessible and affordable personal photo shoots. Since Jennifer knows a thing or two about working a side hustle, she set out to make the company not only customer-friendly, but equitable for freelancers. This year, Shoott is expanding internationally and is working on adding services like retouching and on-demand prints.
