Make A Grateful List
After your first cup of coffee in the morning, sit down and write yourself a list of all of the things you are grateful for. This is an awesome way to remind yourself of all the wonderful things you have going on in your life. According to inc.com, entrepreneur Tim Ferriss spends a couple of minutes each morning writing down what he's grateful for and what he is looking forward to. It "allows me to not only get more done during the day, but to also feel better throughout the entire day, to be a happier person, to be a more content person," he says.
