Everything in Moderation
There's that cliché saying again! Just because you're trying to cut down, doesn't mean you should completely cut something out of your life. Sweets, fatty foods, and alcohol usually are what contribute to weight gain because they're empty calories, but if you go out with your friends, having a drink once in awhile or a handful of french fries every now and then won't affect your diet plan too much. In fact, you probably deserve it.
