In New York, space is a premium. Studio apartment six-floor walkups with full baths that are more like quarter baths are the norm.
Starting tomorrow, digital home brand Allswell is bringing its tiny prices to life with a super fun traveling retail concept that will have you reconsidering your micro rental. At Union Square Park, they'll be revealing their custom-built, highly-stylized and functional 238 square-foot home on wheels. The handiwork of famed tiny home builders Modern Tiny Living, it has four rooms in total – including a fully operative and shoppable interior. Open to the public for viewings and shopping, the adorable home will then make its way to Philadelphia, Atlanta, Nashville and Austin, among others.
For those ready to ditch their lease and hit the road, an Allswell-designed tiny home will be available for purchase online, with a starting price of $100,000. Which really, compared to Manhattan prices, is beyond a steal, no?
