Sweet Lorraine
What you'll need:
-1 oz Ao Vodka
-2 oz tomato water
-1 tbsp tomato confiture
-1 tbsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a stemless martini or rocks glass. Coat half the rim with Okinawa sea salt and garnish with fresh basil.
