For The Love Of Soup

I have been making my rendition of Ina Garten's Spanish Pea Soup a bunch lately, which is basically just hers but minus the ham, and plus an unmeasured amount of everything else because the more shallots and garlic the better as far as I'm concerned. 

I'm pretty tired of blending it all up in my Nutribullet in small batches, so this immersion blender is in fact a need not a want
